Miracles of Christmas

Here we are....it is Christmas Eve!!! Are you ready?

The greatest miracle was the fact that Mary, the mother of Jesus, conceived a child by the Holy Spirit....what a miracle....no doctors would be able to explain that.

I want to briefly share two miracles that I was notified of yesterday:

Miracle #1 - One of our dear members, Evelyn Payne, was informed the day after her mother passed away that her recent test results revealed that she had a couple spots on her lungs, some issues with blockage in one of her arteries, and a few other things.....we begin to pray and on Sunday, December 14th, some of the ladies of the church laid hands on her for her healing and I truly believe that God did just that. This past Monday, she made her doctors visit and everything checked out great....she did have one small issue, but I believe that God will heal that too.

Miracle #2 - One of our regular attender's aunt, Linda Jordan, was rushed to Norfolk Sentara with an aneurysm behind one her eyes. The doctors could not understand how she was still alive....she was later flown to UVA Hospital for stint to be put in the aneurysm, but it was too severe....upon surgery, they discovered that she was blessed to have a second artery supplying blood to her eye and she come through surgery and can see....the doctors classified this as a "Miracle".

Praise God for these miracles!!! To God be the Glory!!!

Merry Christmas!!!!!
